Purpose
A micro-distribution board that converts a single 24 V DC feed into eight individually protected 24 V DC outputs—ideal for powering safety I/O modules without external breakers.
Key Data (per Honeywell datasheet)
• Inputs: 24 V DC (18–36 V DC)
• Outputs: 8 × 24 V DC, 2 A each, 16 A total
• Protection: 2 A slow-blow fuse per output, electronic current limit
• Diagnostics: green/red LED per output + common fault contact
• Operating temperature: –40 °C … +70 °C
• Mounting: TS35 DIN-rail, IP20
Installation Notes
• Use PDC-MB24-1 input cable (1.45 m) for direct feed from main bus
• Leave 10 mm spacing on DIN-rail for airflow
• Fuse replacement: 5 × 20 mm, 2 A slow-blow
