BAFRS silicone coated basalt fire sleeve is made by high quality basalt fiber and silicone. After braided the basalt fiber, it will coated with heavy duty silicone. The basalt fiber resistant higher temperature than fiberglass.
Features:
It offers excellent short term flame protection and great insulation properties for high temperature.
Resistant to hydraulic fluids, oils and fuels and can protects against molten splash and flames.
Application:
It’s mainly used in steelworks, glass and ceramic industry, in railway and some other fields.
Used to protect fuel lines, hydraulic and oil lines from heat and to prolong the life of wiring and hoses in case of fire so that critical systems can function longer.
