Factory Workshop
The production process of perforated spunbond hydrophilic nonwoven fabric
usually includes the following steps:
Spunbond process: First, synthetic fibers such as polypropylene (PP) are extruded through melt spinning technology to form continuous nonwoven fibers. These fibers are spread into a mesh structure through air or rollers to form spunbond nonwoven fabrics.
Perforation treatment: In order to improve water absorption and breathability, holes are punched on the surface of nonwoven fabrics using methods such as needle punching, laser or hot pressing. Perforation can increase the surface area of nonwoven fabrics, which helps to quickly distribute and absorb liquids.
Hydrophilic treatment: The perforated nonwoven fabrics will be hydrophilic treated, usually through chemical coating or surface treatment, so that they have good water absorption, can quickly absorb moisture and stay dry.
Heat setting and winding: The treated nonwoven fabrics will be heat set to ensure their stability, and finally rolled into rolls for subsequent processing and application.
