Product Description
Hydrophobic SMMS nonwoven raw materials are non-toxic, environmentally friendly, insensitive, odorless, non irritating to the skin, free of other chemical components, and has stable performance; Through special treatment, anti-static, alcohol resistant, plasma resistant, water repellent, and water producing properties can be achieved. The blue SMMS nonwoven fabric is made by hot rolling four layers of fiber mesh, including two layers of spunbond layer and two layers of melt blown layer. This structure gives the product higher strength and better filtering performance. The spunbond layer is composed of continuous filaments, it has good fracture strength and elongation, and can provide good physical strength and stability. The meltblown layer is composed of ultrafine fibers, it has a good barrier effect on moisture, bacteria, dust, etc., with high water pressure resistance and good breathability.

Product Application
Leak guard SSMMS nonwoven fabric consists of four layers: spunbond layer, meltblown layer, spunbond layer, and spunbond layer (an additional spunbond layer is added to the SMS structure). It is suitable for the production of baby diapers, adult diapers, disposable nursing pads and sanitary napkins.
