As a halogen-free flame retardant, magnesium hydroxide can be used in plastics and elastomers. It has low smoke density and high thermal stability, and the initial decomposition temperature is 340 ° C. It is suitable for high temperature refining and processing. It has good dispersibility and fluidity in the basic resin, can also maintain the mechanical strength of the material, and can improve the compatibility with polyester.
It can be widely used as flame retardant and smoke suppressant in PE, PP, PVC, EVA, ABS, TPE and other plastic rubbers. It is a high filling and additive flame retardant.
Replace the existing organic flame retardant, inorganic flame retardant ATH, greatly improve the thermal stability of the material. Reduce the wear of the inorganic flame retardant ATH on the machine and mold, and extend the service life of the equipment.
