Q1 . We are considering to buy Stone Tools like Polishing abrasive, Cutting Blade,diamond cutting segments, Polishing Pad from your company, how can I know the quality?

Dialead Stone Tools has sold our products to over 50 countries and we will introduce you those clients who are using our stone tools. if not available, we suggest a small quantity for trial is necessary.
For trial order, We will consider to offer some discounts to support our first cooperation.

Kindly note Dialead donot offer free samples for testing as we believe clients value more on those products they paid for.

Q2 . We are selling big quantity of stone tools in our country with our brand name only. Can we print our logo on the package?
It will be better if you can use Dialead Logo as Dialead brand means quality guarantee.

But we will accept your request if you insist to use your own brand.

Q3 . Do you offer FREE Samples if I want to buy your products?

Sorry that Dialead doesnot offer the free samples as we believe clients value more on those products they paid for.

Meanwhile, it is a big burden for our company if we send free samples to thousands of clients all over the world.

Q4 . If we make the payment, how long you will make the shipment?

For Polishing abrasives, usually 5 to 7 days will be enough for us to make the delievery.

For normal cutting blade, 5 to 7 days will be enough for us to make the delievery. but for special cutting blade like Silent cutting blade or high thickness cutting blade, we may need 10 more days as it takes more time to prepare the special steel blank body.

For profiling tools like core drill bits, drum wheel, profiling wheel, diamond grinding wheel etc, it will take 14 days for us to finish the production.

Q5 . What is the minimum quantity we should buy?
Any amount order is available.
For sample purpose Dialead don't mind how much you buy.
For regular order the weight should reach 45kgs(requested by AirLine Companies, otherwise the Airfreight below 45kgs is very high).

Q6. What could we do it we find your products are not in good performance?

First, Pls show us the video or photos of product working. we must check whether it is because of wrong working condition or not. meanwhile, we will know better from the videos or photos you showed us.

Second, We will collect all the information and forward to our technology department. we will give response within 48 hours.

Thirdly, New products with improved formula will be offered again for your testing.
