This prevents the crucible from being contaminated with the smelting materials, which can melt the highly purified metal.
The liquid alloy in the water-cooled copper crucible can also be injected into the ingot mold by rotating the molten metal.
The vacuum suspension melting furnace is suitable for the smelting of active metals such as titanium zirconium and rare earth materials, and the smelting and precision casting of titanium alloys.
