1. Select the bottle according to the load, put the material into the bottle, turn the bottle to the positioner clockwise, and center the motor shaft, tighten the nut, and connect the motor shaft to the rubber tube on the shaft. , evenly distributed up and down. Turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, the power is turned on, adjust the governor knob, and select the appropriate speed.
2. Pay attention to the following items before starting the machine:
A. Because the motor speed is high, if it is used continuously, the motor will burn out. Therefore, the usage time is limited to two minutes and can be used after stopping for five minutes.
B. The power supply must be in accordance with the technical data.
C. Connect the crankshaft to the cutter shaft perpendicularly with a rubber hose.
D. In order to avoid excessive torque generated by the cutter shaft, damage the machine parts, break the bottle cup, and the governor knob should be in the zero position before starting. The governor is slow to fast.
E. The blade should be sharpened sharply, the diagonal angle should be symmetrical, and it should not be deformed to ensure stable start-up and high efficiency.
3. The motor and governor should not be damp. Always keep it clean and keep it in a safe place.
4, the bearing should be checked regularly, and the high temperature grease is added once every six months.
5, found that does not turn, the governor is not adjusted, the indicator light is still on, to stop the inspection.
6, carbon brushes should be checked frequently, wear and need to be updated. If the carbon brush spark is too large, it should be stopped, check the cause of the fault, and repair it before starting.
