1. Fully protective cover reduces laser radiation;
2.Double exchangable tables save workpiece feeding time;
3. Adopt German ALPHA rack,speed reducer,the highest speed is up to 120m/min,and accelerated speed is up 1.5G.
4. Machine tool bed is processed by gantry milling machine and is formed at one time.
5. The whole machne is tempered at high temperature,the internal stress is eliminated with the furnace coling.
6. Using double rack rails,double servo drive structure.
7. Improving the stability and rigidity of the Y axle beam
8. The high precision and high dynamic performance of the Y axle beam movement is ensured.
9. The Y axle beam runs at high speed and smoothly, greatly reducing the consumption of gas.
