What is Light weight wall panel?

Light weight wall panel is a kind of Prefabricated panel that adopting Light weight material or Light weight structure. There are tongue, groove and joint groove on the two sides of the Light weight wall panel. Its surface density is no more than standard value (90kg/m2: 90type, 110kg/m2: 120type).

It is commonly used in Industrial and Civil Constructions' Non-bearing inner partition. And the material used should in accordance with G/T169-2005 standard.

2.Solid Panel

Using cement as bonding material, industrial slag, fly ash, mesh fabric, foam polystyrene particles as material and add chemical additives then mixing them evenly. The last procedure is pouring and molding, after that we can get finished Light weight wall panel.(Length cutting should according to project requires, and then used for buildings)

Advantages:Light, Fire proof, can be cut, nailed and directly puttied and decorated.

3.Sandwich Panel

Using cement as bonding material, industrial slag, fly ash, waste building materials, lightweight aggregate(foam polystyrene particles, light weight ceramsite, glass beads) as material and add chemical additives then mixing them evenly. The last procedure is pouring and molding, after that we can get finished Light weight wall panel.(Length cutting should according to project requires, and then used for buildings).
