The Major Depressive Disorder biomarker data analysis software is a software that evaluates the risk of Major Depressive Disorder by analyzing the expression of circular RNA (circRNA) in patients. Utilizing artificial intelligence algorithms, the software comprehensively analyzes the circRNA expression to assess the patientd's risk of depression, assisting doctors in interpretation and analysis. The results are output to the softwared's reporting module for printing and archiving, ultimately aiding in clinical diagnosis. The software integrates artificial intelligence, data storage, and computer information technologies to manage patient information entry, data analysis, and examination result reporting in a unified manner.
By using the Ct values from four circRNA detections, the software assesses the patientd's risk of depression, reducing the subjectivity associated with clinical scale assessments and minimizing misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. This further assists healthcare professionals in making clinical diagnoses.
