Background:

MK-677 is the developmental code for the substance known as Ibutamoren. From what is known from research, MK-677 is a long-acting, potent, non-peptidic and selective antagonist of the growth hormone, secretagogue receptor (also known as ghrelin receptor). In other words, it helps in building muscle mass. However, what makes MK-677 unique is it does not increase cortisol levels (also known as the stress hormone) unlike most muscle-building growth hormones out there.

MK-677 is a bio-available and an orally active substance.
