How to read a water meter
If we as users want to facilitate the reading to the supplier, we must have very clear how the meters are read For direct reading counters, the digits that appear must be read from left to right and only the numbers in black.
If the counter is out of handles, take a value for each handle that indicates a different unit. That is, the first hand on the left is the value of the units of thousand, the second the hundred, the third hand would be the value of the ten and the fourth hand the units.
