What Is a Nanocrystalline Core for Power?

 

Our nanocrystalline magnetic cores are engineered for advanced power electronics, offering exceptional magnetic performance in compact form factors. Manufactured using Fe-based alloys with nanometer-sized crystalline structures, these cores combine ultra-high initial permeability, low coercivity, and outstanding thermal stability—making them ideal for high-efficiency and high-frequency power applications such as EV chargers, inverters, and EMI filters.

 

All cores are coated with high-insulation epoxy or customized paint layers to ensure reliable dielectric performance and corrosion resistance.
