Oil Cargo Hose-Heavy Duty

Usually oil resistant rubber hose mainly uses nitrile -butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber by butadiene and acrylonitrile polymerization, acrylonitrile content is higher, the better the oil resistance.

Construction:

Tube:  Lining Resistant to petroleum products. 

Reinforcement: Multiple plies of textile fabric with GI embedded wire.

Cover: Oil, weather & abrasion resistant. 

Application :

Loading and discharging of petroleum products on ship with an aromatic content. 

Working pressure:  7.0 MPa

Bursting pressure: 28.0 MPa

Test pressure:  14.0 MPa

Temperature range: -40℃~+160℃

Above hose is suitable for petroleum and all other petroleum products with an aromatic content less than 50%. 

End Connection:

Flanged type or threaded nipple duly vulcanized in hose or as per purchaser's requirement.
