This unit is developed for quantitative packaging of paper bags of small particles and various powdery materials. It can independently complete metering, filling, sealing, bar code identification, printing, labeling, coding, spraying and stacking. It is composed of quantitative filling machine, eight station rotating packaging machine, linear conveying, stacking, heat shrinkable packaging machine. With the advanced horizontal bag feeding method, the bag storage device can store more bags; the bag suction and delivery station are stable and reliable, the bag loading rate is high and the package material consumption is low; the bag is firmly sealed, all of these can improve the product grade.
