Details:
1). Design speed: 250-350m / min
2). The diameter of the corrugated roller is Φ 360mm* Φ 460mm, the diameter of the pressure roller is Φ 500mm, the diameter of the glue roller is 315 mm, and the diameter of the even roller is 180mm.
3). Corrugated roller eccentric fine adjustment function, the corrugated roller is under the press roller, lower the machine centre of gravity, reduce the vibration, smooth running.
4). Positive type structure, make the flute paper stick to the rollers evenly, produce perfect flute. Fully automatic cassette type rollers change, Italian hydraulic motor drive, quick plug-in steam structure, 15 minutes to complete the corrugated roll change
5). The gap between the pressure roller and the corrugated roller is adjusted by the independent servo push rod at both ends, and the gap is automatically adjusted by changing the corrugated type.
6). Each paper guide roll, preheater, press roller do the grinding treatment and Hard Chromium Plating.
7). The whole machine use high temperature centralized oil lubricating.
8). Equip with infrared broken sensor in order to achieve paper breaking automatic protection; when the paper is broken, the press roller will exit and the glue plate also exit.
9). Glue control include electric control and automatic control.
-According to the production line’s running speed, via the motor achieve requested sizing amount.
-When you set automatic, according to the running speed’s changing, the sizing amount can be adjusted by the encoder and PLC and also has numerical value indicating on the panel, ensure the sizing amount is stable when the corrugated machine is do the speed change and also make sure the single ply’s quality is stable too.
10). Use same High rigidity pedestal, transmission and pressing integrative; independent drive box can achieve the communication between the PLC and transducer, another hand this design can save energy when the corrugated machine is accelerating or decelerate and have communication port for the management system.
11). Equipped with spraying device, can adjust roll paper’s humidity.
