Product introduction

 

We provide a complete, turnkey solution for major bridge projects, from design R&D to final on-site installation. For the Dongfei River Bridge, a 175m main-span cable-stayed bridge, we employed a "pylon-girder synchronous" construction plan and installed the main steel box girders in just 2.5 months—10 months ahead of schedule. Our facilities are equipped for heavy fabrication, utilizing U-Rib gantry welders , panel unit assembly machines , and 100-ton hydraulic transporters  to manage and prefabricate massive bridge segments efficiently.

Q1: What types of large-span bridges do you specialize in?

A: Our portfolio includes cable-stayed bridges , large-span steel arch bridges, and steel truss bridges. We are experts in custom-fabricated steel box girders.

 

Q2: How do you handle corrosion protection for bridges in wet environments?

A: We use a multi-stage process starting with our automated steel plate pretreatment line  (shot blasting) and applying a high-performance, multi-layer coating system (e.g., epoxy zinc-rich primer) inside enclosed, negative-pressure painting booths.

 

Q3: Can you assist with the bridge design?

A: Yes. We have a professional design institute and R&D team and hold a Light Steel Structure Design qualification. We conduct FEA and fatigue analysis to optimize the design.
