Interchange between C purlin and Z purlin: by manual changed, with following simple 3 steps
(It takes only 5-10 minutes to finish all):
a)Loosen dowel pin;
b)Rotate the adjust tooling 180 degree;
c)fix dowel pin.
But from C80-300 or Z140-300, change size by PLC system automatically:
Just adjust required WEB,HEIGHT and MATERIAL WIDTH on touch screen,
and then input the required production data(batch,length,punchinh hole numbers) on the touch screen.
the machine will finish size-changing automatically.No need to change rollers or spacers or cutters
like traditional old style CZ purlin machine (which takes over 45 minutes for each production size changing).
Combined with: PLC, Inverter, TouchScreen, Encoder, etc
