During the year the Company changed its principal office to 8900 NE Walker Suite 130, Hillsboro, OR 97006 United States. With effect from December 11, 2018, the Company has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), an Indian listed company. During the year 2020, Jio Platforms Limited became the intermediate holding company, while RIL continues to be the ultimate Parent.
