RF0005 Solar Seam Clamps for Metal Roof

The standing seam metal roof is a very popular roofing solution due to its durability, water-tightness, relative simplicity, and clean appearance. 

The most common and effective means to attach anything to a standing seam metal roof is to use an ingenious piece of hardware known simply as a seam clamp.

The standing seam roof clamps are generally matched with L feet (RL0007 or RL 0008) and aluminum alloy rail(R006,R027,R028...).

This approach is truly non-invasive since it does not penetrate or compromise the integrity of the metal in any way and therefore keeps all roofing warranties intact.

The seam clamp is securely fastened to the seam using one or two set screws that are specially designed with a bullet-nose head that does not puncture the seam or damage the finish. Using a torque wrench tightness of each set screw to ensure the connection is tight, but not too tight. The clamps in areas where the required design wind speed reaches 150 MPH.
