Application of ZnFe2O4 powder:

Zinc ferrite (ZnFe2O4) is a kind of complex oxide mainly composed of Fe(III) oxide and has a spinel structure. Zinc ferrite is a kind of soft magnetic material with excellent performance, and it is also a very representative catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation of olefinic organic compounds. It also has a high photocatalytic activity and a visible light sensitive semiconductor catalyst. It can be used as an antibacterial agent. Optical fiber materials and transparent inorganic pigments with excellent properties.

ZnFe2O4 powder is nano-scale crystalline materials. Different melting temperatures (300-700°C) can produce zinc ferrite materials with different particle sizes (10-60nm). The basic carbonate precursor was prepared by mixing ferrous sulfate and zinc sulfate, and then directly sintered to prepare zinc ferrite nanocrystal material.

Storage conditions:
ZnFe2O4 powder should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
