Spare parts for three screw/three shafts plastic extruder

Barrels, Segments, Heaters and so on.

Barrels: is like a container to let the raw material melts and mixes by the segments(screw elements) and heaters, and convoys the materail go ahead into the die head for plastic extrusion. 

Barrels & shafts:  is for material compounding and convoying after the materail melt by the heaters heating.

Heaters: is for twin screw or three screws (three shafts) barrels using:  such device is for materail's melt, after the material melt, the screw unit will mixing, compounding and convoying the material to the extrusion barrel and extrusion die head for the products extrusion.

Cooler for gearbox/ water cooling system: this device is for gear box cooling, as the machine is running and the gear box will continues working, the gears temperature will be rised a lot by rub against each other and continues woking. The cooler needs cooling by the city running water.

Vacuum system for barrels: this device is for barrels with vacuum, which could reduce the hudimity in further step, and improve on the granules  density. it could avoide the granules have a hole in the middle of the particles.

Water cooling system for barrels: this device is for barrels' cooling, if the temperature is higher than setting, the valve will be opening and working, it will control the barrels' temperature by the clients' request or the materail demands.

High speed mixer: this device is a pretreatment for plastic granules or sheets making, all materail in the formula should be mixed engough, and let them covered each other, so that they could follows down to the next plastic extrusion step.
