What is the SPC floor made of?
SPC floor ingredients: PVC resin powder, stone powder, plasticizer, stabilizer, carbon black, mainly polyvinyl chloride and stone powder.
1.Overhanging UV layer（0.05mm）: located on the wear-resistant layer, through surface coating, UV scratch-resistant treatment (matte, semi-matte, bright).Increase weather resistance.
2.Transparent wear - resistant layer（0.3mm）: transparent PVC is the main material.Enhance the abrasion resistance, easier to maintain, free of polishing and waxing;The thickness of wear-resisting layer affects the service life of floor directly
3.The printing layer is rich in texture, with wood grain, stone grain and carpet grain. The raw material is PVC. （0.05mm）
4.5.The base material layer and the bottom layer of pliomax（3.6mm）: it is made of polyvinyl chloride as the main raw material, adding filler, plasticizer, stabilizer, coloring agent and so on.It is the main material of PVC plastic floor.
