T/T (Telegraphic Transfer):
30% advance payment + 70% balance payment against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).

3、Delivery Lead Time
Standard Orders:
15–30 working days after receipt of advance payment (excluding international logistics time).
Expedited Orders:
VIP production line acceleration available (additional expediting fee applies).
4、Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Structural Profiles:
Decking/Wall Panels: 200㎡
Fencing Systems: 100 sets (including matching connectors).
Customization:
Trial orders at 50% of MOQ accepted (mold development costs apply).
5、Order Processing Workflow
Requirement Confirmation:
Provide product specifications, color codes, surface treatment method, packaging requirements, and shipping details.
Proforma Invoice (PI):
Issued with HS codes and origin declaration.
Logistics Arrangements:
Trade Terms: EXW/FOB/CIF/DAP available.
Customs Clearance: Full documentation provided (including CO, QA certificates, and IPPC marks for wooden packaging).
6、Sample Policy
Standard Samples:
Free standard samples (10–20 cm length) provided.
Delivery: 5–15 working days.
Custom Samples:
Tooling fee charged (deductible from future orders).
7、Warranty Terms
1st-Generation Products: 10-year limited warranty.
2nd-Generation Products: 25-year limited warranty.
Coverage: Structural integrity and anti-creep performance.
Exclusions: Damage caused by improper installation or natural disasters.
