1.Do you charge for samples?
Usually samples of A4 size are free. But the freight will be at your side.

2.How can I get the sample/catalogs?
Send email or make phone calls with us, ,tell us your requirement in details and we will prepare proper samples for you. also provide your address information and courier account, then we can send sample/catalogs to you for reference.

3.What about your delivery time
Normally, 3-5 working days for samples,15-25 days for mass production after confirming the payment. Also base on the order quantity.

4.How do you control the products quality?
We have professional QC team in each step, which will control goods quality during all the mass production,besides, we have very responsible work staff,we can do inspection service for you.

5.What is the shipping method?
-It could be shipped by sea,by air or by express(EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and ect).Please confirm with us before placing orders.


6.Which term of payment do you accept?
Usually we only accept T/T ,Paypal and L/C.
