For restaurant thatch roof project, fire rated performance is more important index than the use of other fields for thatch roof materials. With proper formula of fire-retardant additives for production together, artificial makuti thatch products could have some extent of fire rated performance, that will protect your restaurant from fire disaster and reduce your insurance cost for the thatch roof properties. We use PE as the main materials for artificial thatch roof weaving, this material produces less smoke than other resin materials, so, it is good for reducing the risk of the smoke's harm to people's health when thatch roof is used for interior restaurant decoration. 4. Easier installation by artificial makuti thatch products:
Compared with natural makuti thatch roof materials, artificial makuti thatch roof products are made with plastic, they are easier to bend and cut to suit different shapes of the roof structures. At the same time, for natural thatch roof, the water leakage is always a problem if the installation is not carried out by professional thatch roof installation team. For the synthetic makuti thatch roof, just to lay the waterproof membrane on the plywood or OSB board on the bottom and then fix the thatch roof tiles on it with screws, nails or staples. For this reason, artificial thatch roof is much easier for installation than natural thatch roof tiles.
