As per your floor condition,you can choose different grit of floor grinding pads depend on your floor.In addition, there are three different color of metal bond grinding pads for different concrete floor: 
Black color (HF) for Hard concrete floor; 
Red color (MF) is neutral, for hard and soft concrete floor;
Golden color (SF) for Soft concrete floor.
