Measurement level
Volumetric water meters have a high level of measurement and can generally reach Class C or Class D.

Media and installation requirements

The volumetric water meter has higher requirements on water quality than the rotor type water meter, and the wear is large. As the amount of wear and leakage increases, the metering performance of the volumetric water meter changes slowly.

Performance comparison

Compared with the rotary vane  type(single jet,multi jet ,woltman ) water meter, the volumetric water meter has the advantages of high metering level and good sensitivity, but requires high water quality, complicated structure, and difficulty in manufacturing and maintenance.
