Technical Requirements:

1. Injection over-molded with smooth surface, no burrs

2. No obvious injection marks, shrinkage, deformation, etc.

3. The gate must be flattened

4. The un-molded draft angle is less than 1°

5. Un-molded chamfered, rounded to C/R 0.3

6. Solderability: good diffusibility, the position of the soldered material does not cause the weld surface to detach; 

7. The temperature is controlled at 250+/-10°C, the soldering time is 3-5 seconds, and the body has no abnormality.
