Description
High pressure hammer union is used in cementing trucks, fracturing trucks, various manifolds, pipelines and other high-pressure equipment, and is the commonly used pipe connectors for transporting oil, water, fracturing fluid and mixed liquid. This product is made of high-quality alloy steel, with good mechanical properties, sealing performance and different pressure ratings.
The pressure ratings is from 1,000 psi (7MPa) to 20,000 psi (140MPa), the available FIG model. is FIG100, FIG200, FIG206, FIG400, FIG602, FIG1002, FIG1003, FIG1502, FIG2002, FIG2202 series, and the end connection are available with threaded type, butt welded type, source gas types. For easy identification, the hammer union of different pressure ratings are color-coded and have obvious specification connection forms and pressure rating marks on the wing nuts.
