Sampling Policy
1. Existing samples in stock are free for quality checking
2. For the models with existing molds, we will charge for sampling cost in advance, the sampling cost will be refunded in the invoice from order
3. For the new custom model with molding cost applied, it will be free for sampling
Production Process
Sample Lead Time: 5 to 10 days if existing tooling is available. If new tooling is required, please allow an additional 5 days for tooling setup
Production Lead Time: standard production generally takes 15 to 45 days
Shipping: Either use your preferred forwarder or we can arrange the logistic via our trusted forwarder
