Product Identity
9907-252 is a 24 VDC plug-in module that provides droop, isochronous and load-sharing control for single-acting actuator systems. It is CE/UKCA certified and communicates with Woodward SPM-A synchronizers or third-party PLCs via 0-3 VDC load-share lines.

• Power supply: 18-32 VDC (nom. 24 V) – back-plane or external
• Actuator output: 0-200 mA current source, positive-acting (no ramp)
• Speed sensor: MPU or proximity probe 1-30 Vrms, 1 kHz-30 kHz
• Droop range: 0-11 % speed reduction
• Load-share input: 0-3 VDC (0 V = 0 % load, 3 V = 100 % load)
• Sync input: ±3 VDC, high-impedance, SPM-A compatible
• PT inputs: 3-phase 95-130 VAC L-L (for kW calculation)
• CT inputs: 3-phase 3-7 A RMS (5 A standard)
• Update rate: 2 ms control loop, 1 ms event logging
• Isolation: 500 Vrms actuator-to-logic; 1.5 kV surge withstand
• Hot-swap: not supported – remove power before insertion

Mounting Quick-Guide

Ø Snap module onto 35 mm DIN rail inside clean panel; maintain 150 mm free-air clearance.

Ø Connect 3-phase PT & CT inputs via 2.5 mm² wire; torque to 0.5 N·m.

Ø Wire actuator cable shield to chassis ground stud only – do NOT land on terminal 0.

Ø Configure droop / gain pots with engine off; verify 0-200 mA swing with Watch-Window software.

Ø Close front cover before powering up; green “SPEED” LED = internal processor healthy.
