Usage:
1) ADA, or N-(2-Acetamido)iminodiacetic acid, can be used to study biological buffers and zwitterionic compounds. This Good's buffer prevents oxidation and irreversible denaturation of proteins while conducting gel electrophoresis
2) ADA has been shown to interfere with color development in the bicinchoninic acid assay for protein quantitation.
