The 1747-L30C is an Allen-Bradley PLC SLC 500 Series Fixed Hardware Controller. This fixed controller has a processor with a power supply and a fixed number of I/O within a single package. With capacitor-backed RAM as its memory type, the 1747-L30C offers optional battery back-up and EEPROM and UVPROM memory backup options. It has a 1K instruction capacity of program memory and a nominal input current of 12mA. The 1747-L30C possesses an I/O configuration input of (18) 24V DC sink and an I/O configuration output of (12) AC/DC Relay. The 1747-L30C operates under 21.6-26.4V DC or 24V DC ± 10% power supply input. This controller communicates via DH-485 protocol.

In addition, the 1747-L30C has a maximum power supply (Inrush Rating) of 30 Amperes and a maximum power requirement of 50 VA. In addition, the 1747-L30C uses a wire size of #14 AWG maximum and caters I/O electrical-optical isolation of 1500V AC at 1 minute. Operating in an ambient temperature rating of 0-60°C (32-140°F), this PLC module must be stored at the temperature of -40-85°C. The 1747-L30C works with a High-Speed Counter and 24V-200mA user power. With an on-state voltage of 10-30V DC and a maximum off-state voltage of 4V DC for input 0 (5V DC for all others), the 1747-L30C has a maximum turn-on time and turn-off time of 8 milliseconds. Moreover, the 1747-L30C has a typical scan time of an 8 milliseconds/1K and a program scan hold-up time after power interruption of 20-700 milliseconds. The power output current of the 1747-L30C controller is 200mA and its power output voltage is 20.4 - 27.6V DC or 24V DC ± 15 %
