ABB ACS380 is a high-performance fully compatible mechanical transmission with reliable perf and easy integration. The power range is 0.25-22KW, suitable for various industrial applications and environments, including printing, packaging, pharmaceuticals, electronics and electrical engineering, logistics, textiles, rubber, plastics, building materials, food, beverage, tobacco machinery, and water industries. The entire series is equipped with built-in Modbus RTU communication. This article mainly introduces the ACS380 Modbus communication function.
1. Hardware interface
Remove the outer cover plate, as shown in the figure below. The gray terminal on the right side shows the RS-485 interface
