④ Three-step swap (average 9 min on site)
1. Power down – wait until DC < 50 V (on-board LED OFF).
2. Undo 4 × M5 screws & 2 ribbons – slide old stack out.
3. Stick new thermal pad (included) – insert new stack – torque 4 screws – reconnect ribbons – self-test OK.
