1. Select the bottle number according to the load, put the material into the bottle, turn the required bottle clockwise to the positioner, center the motor shaft, tighten the compression nut, and apply the rubber on the motor shaft and the cutter shaft. Connect the tubes, evenly distribute them up and down, turn on the power switch, and turn on the power when the indicator light is on. Adjust the governor knob to select the appropriate speed.
2. (1) Note that the power supply must match the technical data before starting the power. (2) Connect the crankshaft to the cutter shaft perpendicularly with a rubber hose. (3) In order to avoid excessive torque generated by the cutter shaft, damage the machine parts, break the bottle cup, the governor should be turned on the zero position before the machine can be turned on, and the speed is slow to fast. (4) The blade should be rigorously sharpened at the sharp angle and can not be deformed to ensure stable start-up and high work efficiency.
3. The motor and governor should not be damp and keep clean.
4. The bearings should be inspected regularly, and the high-temperature lubricating oil should be added once every six months.
5. When it is found that the governor is not adjusted, it should be stopped for inspection.
