Air-Cooled Chiller Unit

An air-cooled chiller uses air as a cooling source to cool water at room temperature to a certain temperature through the compressor of the chiller. The cooling device is driven by a fan for heat dissipation. The main system of the chiller includes refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system, and electrical self-control system. In the application field, laser cutting machines, welding robots, and 3D printers are cooled. The circulating water pump is responsible for extracting water from the internal water tank to the equipment that the user needs to cool. The chilled water takes away the heat and the temperature rises, then returns to the chilled water tank for circulating cooling. Air Cooled Low-Temperaturechiller Unit

The air-cooled chiller unit adopts air cooling method, eliminating the need for cooling water system, cooling water pump and pipeline system, avoiding condenser scaling and water pipe blockage in areas with poor water quality, and saving water resources. This low-temperature model is a common cooling system in industrial refrigeration equipment products, and is the most economical and simple model for maintenance and repair. Air cooled chillers require slightly higher one-time investment than water-cooled chillers, but maintenance costs are more economical.
