PRODUCTION APPLICATION

Hante brand Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced ACSR cable, ACSR conductor consists of a solid or stranded steel core surrounded by strands of aluminium. ACSR conductor is available in a range of steel strengths varying from 6% up to 40%. The higher strength ACSR conductors are used for river crossings, overhead earth wires, and installations involving extra long spans. Against any given resistance of conductor, ACSR conductor may be manufactured to have different tensile strengths as per requirement. The principal advantage of these
conductors are their high tensile strength and light weight, covering longer spans with less supports. Due to the greater diameter of an ACSR conductor much higher corona limit can be obtained, giving a big advantage on high and extra high voltage overhead lines.

PRODUCTION FEATURES

Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced ACSR cable, which is suitable for overhead transmission lines. Inside it is a steel "core", and outside it is wound around the steel core by means of aluminum wires. Steel core mainly plays the role of increasing strength, aluminum wire mainly plays the role of transmitting electric energy.

Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced ACSR cable, has the characteristics of simple structure, easy erection and maintenance, low line cost, large transmission capacity, and is conducive to crossing rivers and valleys and other special geographical conditions of the laying, with good electrical conductivity and enough mechanical strength, tensile strength, tower rod distance can be enlarged. Therefore, it is widely used in the overhead transmission and distribution lines of various voltage levels.

3. What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?
For electrical wire, the MOQ is 1000 meters; for power cable, the MOQ is 200 meters; of cources, the MOQ can be negotiated. But in order to save the shipment space and cost for you, Hante cable suggests that the MOQ of electrical wires should be more than 3000 meters, and the MOQ of power cable should be more than 500 meters.
