5 STEPS for EASY USE:
1. Download the OBDII APP and install: Torque Lite, etc. (for Android)
2. Plug e-link adapter to DLC (OBDII Diagnostic Link Connector) 
3. Turn vehicle ignition to Key On, Engine Off position
4. Pair e-Link to your device (use OBD Auto Doctor): select V-LINK and enter password "1234"
5. Run OBD Auto Doctor APP
