This equipment is mainly used for soft package of liquid lithium ion battery auto injection electrolyte vacuum packaging, etc. Implementation of soft package liquid lithium ion battery of former automatic scan code, weighing, liquid injection, vacuum let stand for three times, vacuum sealing, priming after weighing, the NG cell sorting, ryohin keikaku batteries by bin output.

● Products auto scan code, auto inject electrolyte before weighing;
● Product auto vacuum filler, vacuum standing;

● After inject electrolyte, auto weighing and electrolyte-injected NG when separation-finished
● Injection pump and control box independent with equipment isolation convenient to adjust parameters, avoid pollution and corrosion
● Inject electrolyte station using vacuum for injection, to ensure that the electrolyte can instantly penetrate into the batteries
● Products fixture device with liquid groove, prevent product positioning device on the residual electrolyte contamination, corrosion of equipment
● Automatic electrolyte-mixing system, remove air bubbles, prevent electrolyte drops.
● Head component structure adopts movable roller structure, convenient maintenance, and dismantling
