General Description
Ball Screw Gate Valve is designed with a unique ball screw structure and lower balancing stem. It can be used as a manual valve in high pressure and large bore application. Stem can be backseat, allowing the stem seal to be replaced under pressure. The valve stem seal design covers all pressure ranges and temperature ranges, considering all kinds of fluid environments that can be encountered in the wellhead and manifold application.

Structure Features
1. Flat gate valve structure;
2. Bi-direction sealing structure, increase the service life;
3. The sealing ring between the valve seat and body can be sealed at low pressure. Preventing the entry of particulate contaminant to the valve chamber and the sealing zone;
4. Metallic seal is applied between bonnet and body, ensuring the valve to work in high pressure up to 20000psi;
5. Grease injection fitting could be installed in the bonnet to eliminate valve leakage;
6. Ball screw structure reduces the switching torque. Switching efficiency is improved effectively.
