Description
BS braided basalt fiber sleeve, thin wall 1.5 mm is made by filament basalt fiber, thick wall 3 mm is made by texturized basalt fiber. 1.5 mm thickness from 6mm to 152mm, 3mm thickness from 10mm to 100mm.
Features
It is resists most acids and alkalis and is unaffected by most bleaches and solvents. It is highly flexible and conformable.
Basalt Sleeve Withstands Heat Up to 1,200°F
Application
It provides excellent protection for industrial wires, cables, hoses (hydraulics), tube and pipes and also provides thermal insulation and personnel protection.
