Product Description
As the bottom material of diapers, PE non breathable film can effectively prevent urine leakage and ensure that babies are dry and comfortable. It can isolate external moisture, dust, and bacteria, providing a protective barrier for the delicate skin of babies. Diapers are usually composed of multiple layers of materials, including a top layer, a flow guiding layer, an absorbent core layer, and a bottom film. Hygiene products PE film material is often used as a base film, closely attached to the absorbent core layer to prevent urine from penetrating the base layer and leaking out.

Product Application
PE non breathable film is the key raw materials for diapers making, which can be used in the production of baby diapers, adult diapers, disposable nursing pads and sanitary napkins.
Factory Workshop
In order to improve the comfort and functionality of diapers, PE casting film is sometimes used in combination with other materials such as non-woven fabric. This composite material has both the waterproof performance of PE film and the softness and breathability of non-woven fabric (when using a breathable PE film+non-woven fabric composite material as the base film).
