The Brick Batching Machine serves as the core pre-processing equipment at the front end of an automated brick production line, often referred to as the "stomach" of the system. Its primary mission is to perform precise metering and uniform mixing of various raw materials (such as aggregates, cement, fly ash, water, and pigments). By supplying the downstream molding machine with qualified materials of stable composition and uniform consistency, it acts as the critical link in ensuring both brick quality and production efficiency.
