Overview

Control Cables are used for transmitting control, monitoring, interlocking, and auxiliary power signals between equipment and control systems in industrial plants, utilities, and infrastructure projects. They feature stable electrical characteristics, strong EMI immunity through optional shielding, and robust mechanical performance tailored to installation needs. Constructions include shielded or unshielded, armoured or non-armoured, with options for flame-retardant, fire-resistant, and LSZH materials to meet various standards and environments.

Conductor options: Copper (bare/tinned), class 2/5 stranded; round/sector (project-specific)

Core identification: Color-coded or numbered, with or without printed legends

Insulation: PVC, PE, or XLPE; EPR optional for flexibility

Shielding: Individual pair shield (for paired types), overall foil/braid shield optional

Mechanical protection: Steel tape armour (STA) or steel wire armour (SWA) as required

Outer sheath: PVC, PE, or LSZH; oil/UV-resistant grades available

Applications: Control and instrumentation circuits, interlocks, remote signaling, auxiliaries in MCCs, substations, conveyor lines, HVAC/BMS

Standards: IEC 60228, IEC 60332, IEC 60502-1/GB/T 9330, IEC 60754/61034 (LSZH), BS 6500/BS 6346 (as applicable), ICEA S-73-532/NEMA WC57 (on request)
