Product Description
The hydrophobic SMMS nonwoven fabric as a three-dimensional protective barrier in diapers has significantly improved the overall performance of diapers. Firstly, its excellent water repellent performance can effectively prevent urine leakage, ensuring the dryness of the inside of the diaper and providing a long-lasting comfortable experience for babies. This water repellent performance is due to the special coating treatment on the surface of non-woven fabric, which makes it difficult for moisture to easily penetrate. Secondly, the three-dimensional design of the white SMMS legcuff nonwoven fabric raw materials can better fit the baby's body curve, not only enhancing the sealing of the diaper, but also avoiding discomfort caused by friction. This adhesive design helps reduce the movement of urine inside the diaper, thereby further improving the leak prevention effect.

Product Application
Hydrophobic SMMS raw materials non woven is important in adult diapers for its ability to quickly absorb and transfer moisture, keeping skin dry. It can be used in the production of baby diapers, adult diapers, disposable nursing pads and sanitary napkins.
Factory Workshop
The SMMS meltblown non woven is formed by hot rolling multiple layers of fiber mesh. The production process is complex but can ensure the stability and high performance of the product. SSMMS nonwoven fabric consists of four layers: spunbond layer, meltblown layer, spunbond layer, and spunbond layer (an additional spunbond layer is added to the SMS structure).
