The electronic yarn count detection system consists of a microcomputer and a precision electronic balance,which are connected via a RS232 two-way interface.
It can automatically reject abnormal data and with a power-down data protecting function, can save 50 sets of test data.
Test data includes: number of tests N, weight value Mass, number Tex (or public number Nm), average value AV, coefficient of variation CV%, unevenness U%, maximum Max, minimum Min, total weight Sum, test time T.
