Application Of EN Drop Tester

EN Drop Tester simulating the real floor to test the damage of toy falling on the floor and the effect of the damage, thereby assessing whether the product meets the throwing requirements.

Scope of application : Toys for children under 96 months ( including 96 months).

Test Method Of EN Drop Tester

  • Toys should be dropped in random directions and dropped on the specified impact surface.
  • The times and height of falls in different age groups are different. Drops and heights are determined based on differences in the ability of children of different age groups to control toys.
  • It is not possible for a child under 96 months to move a large toy to drop, so large toys are exempted from the drop test.
  • In order to ensure the safety of actual use, the battery should be installed in the electric toy during the drop test.
